White Merit Card, Nestle Double Dutch Ice Cream, Hawk Bag & Flavors of China

Today was the first school day after the long break due to Ondoy. We were all asked to go to the ISO building for ARC Distribution and then they started calling honor students up on stage and gave out merit cards and certificates. They called out my name!

Our class adviser, Ms. Siony called us in front of the classroom again and gave out certificates too. I'm glad I belong to the Top 10 students and even more glad that I got a white merit card.

I told Mommy about my surprise as soon as I got home. I asked if I could have a lot of ice cream and of course she said yes but I think she was surprised when I finished the whole thing. Even I was surprised!

I called Daddy and told him about my surprise too. I was asking him to buy the stuff that I needed for the donation in school tomorrow but he said he would come pick us up so we can celebrate. Yippie! I didn't waste any more time so I took a bath and got dressed quickly.

We went to SM so that we could buy a new bag because my Superman bag was in very bad shape already. We didn't think it could wait until Christmas. I checked out the Hawk Bag I wanted but I was shocked that it was so expensive!

I told them I wanted to look around some more because maybe they have other good ones. Daddy was surprised to find me looking at clothes! Haha. I convinced them to buy me some too!

We didn't really find any other heavy duty bags so I got the Hawk Bag that I wanted. Before we went to the counter I made some last minute pleas to buy some of my favorite food. Yum!

When we were done shopping they let me choose where to eat and what to eat. I picked Flavors of China! I took time picking out the food I wanted but for some weird reason they were all out of stock! I was disappointed but we didn't want to transfer anymore so we just ordered other dishes.

Pork Siomai. I was looking for Siomai with Quail Eggs like in Monkok but they didn't have that so we just ordered this.

Seafood Fried Rice. We tried this out. It was okay but we should have ordered Yang Chow. That is really my ultimate favorite rice.

Beef Brisket. We wanted Spareribs and Pork Chops but they were out.

Steamed Fish Fillet with Tofu and Taosi. We wanted Fish Fillet in Black Bean Sauce but that was out of stock too.

Rash Alert & Max's Restaurant

I started having rashes on my palms early this week. We didn't really do anything about it. I just washed my hands with soap and water more often and I wasn't allowed to use my hands that much but this morning when I woke up, I was crying because my hands were so painful!

Daddy wanted to go to the hospital to have it checked but Mommy said the doctors didn't have clinic on Sundays so we would gave to go straight to the E.R. Mommy said we could just go to my doctor after classes tomorrow but Daddy didn't want me to go to class anymore. I felt like they were fighting already but they said they were just deciding what to do.

My doctor wasn't answering her phone so Mommy had Daddy call Lola Dico because she used to be a pediatrician too. She told him which medicine to buy for me and it seems to be working fine. Thank goodness because I really didn't want to go to the hospital anymore.

Grandpa already went to mass this morning with some relatives so it was just me, Mom and Dad at church. We fetched Grandpa after and then we went to Max's Restaurant along Sucat.

We all ordered bottomless iced tea except for Grandpa who got the Buco Pandan Shake. I tasted it and it was okay but I still like Mango Shake better.

I had a great time tonight. We also saw Ninang Peng with a friend before our orders came. They were already done eating and she came over to say hi before they left. Too bad Ate Joyce wasn't with them because I miss her already. I keep forgetting that she now wants to be called Ate Nikki. I'm so used to calling her Ate Joyce!

I think it was already 4 am when I finally fell asleep this morning so I woke up really really late. I hurried up eating my lunch because I was thinking of the cake we took home last night. Yum!

For snack, I asked Manang to cook Chicken Arrozcaldo because I think I've been eating too much Champurrado!

Gym Day for Kids + Perfect Breakfast Daing na Bangus, Sunny-Side-Up Eggs, Banana, Ovaltine, Growee and Power-C!

When I woke up today, Mommy was on the magic jack with Tita Princess and Tita Leah and Grandma too, I think. I was waiting for her to finish so we could have breakfast but she was taking too long.

The gym area was right in front of the magic jack so I figured why not workout? It took a little bit of begging but Mommy finally said okay. I think it was just because I was being too loud and she couldn't hear them on the phone! Well, I ran and got some socks and shoes so I could start at once. As soon as I got on the treadmill, I thought I might as well blog about it so I got the camera so Mommy could take shots of me.

Okay, that was a fun workout. I'm only allowed to workout at the gym area when Grandpa or Mom and Dad are there. I was starving after that! Good thing breakfast was ready.

My Ninong Vernon Tiangco from their DIGI Commercial

I got a text some weeks ago from an unknown sender. It turns out he's my Ninong Vernon and he thought Mommy was still using her old number. I asked Mommy who he was because I could not remember meeting him. I like his name because aside from Harry's Uncle Vernon, he is the only other Vernon I know! I checked the pictures from my baptism but he wasn't there. Good thing Google is very helpful! We found several matches and there was even a video of him too! Okay, I don't know him yet but he seems pretty cool to me. Here is a small portion that features him!

Isn't he cool? He seems like a fun guy! Mommy warned me that maybe I should not blog about this but I found it on Youtube! It was already out there for the world to see, right? Maybe I'll meet him one day, and hopefully he won't kill me for blogging about this. Here is the rest of the video.

Video: Foundation Week at Elizabeth Seton School

Elizabeth Seton School celebrated Linggo ng Wika and the school's Foundation Day this week. Today we came in our filipino attire for a campus parade. Mommy and Daddy said they couldn't make it so I was really surprised to see them outside the classroom right before the parade! That was quite a nice surprise.

We were supposedly taking class pictures with our adviser, Miss Siony, but the grown-ups had trouble getting all of us to stay still!

We all brought food to share with the rest of the class for the KAMPISE. When we were done eating and with all the activities, I had a chance to check out the booths with Mom and Dad. They let me play several games and I won so many prizes! They didn't let me try the rides though because it was the middle of the day and it was so hot, plus I get to try different rides at the malls all the time so it was okay.

I loved this day! The only thing I didn't like about it is that I lost the transformers pencilcase Daddy got for me. It must have fallen out of my bag.
