Video: Asian Eye Institute and Zaifu at Power Plant

I had my first official eye checkup a few days ago. Mom's doctor checked to make sure I didn't have what Mommy has YET or hopefulle EVER. So far I'm clear but I need to get yearly checkups to make sure. On the same day I had my checkup, Grandma and Mommy also went to another doctor, a low vision specialist, to get their new prescriptions.

Today we went back to Rockwell to bring Mommy's new eyeglasses so they could install the filter thing that she needs. Daddy brought it to AEI while we went ahead to Zaifu at the Power Plant Mall for some lunch. I didn't like japanese food before except maybe for tempura but they made me taste everything we ordered and surprisingly, I liked them all. I had ice cream for dessert before we left!

Rockwell after Asian Eye Institute

Mom and Tita Kat had their eyes checked at the Asian Eye Institute in Rockwell. The doctor said the "spider webs" in Tita Kat's eyes were an unfortunate fluke of nature but there was no need to worry coz they were pretty harmless. Mom's retinitis pigmentosa on the other hand was a totally different story. The doctor also said I need to have my eyes checked yearly because there is a chance I could get it too. I hope not!

Mom says she loves the color of this tree so I am assuming she knows that it is red. Hehe. I think we all love it!
